Entrepreneur John Weatherley approached me with a vision of a savings bank that would teach kids how to save responsibly. My Better World Savings Bank has three compartments, which echo John D. Rockefeller's Three Jars methodology for teaching his children about saving for the future, charity, and daily spending. I developed every aspect of this project, from researching similar products, finding illustrator Jannie Ho, drawing the blueprints, designing the bank, passbook, packaging, stickers, monetized website and much more.
